I needed my engine cleaned of the famous local rat poop. I tried spraying, traps, sonic devices and sticky pads. But they easily ignored all of my efforts, The team at Blue Star deep cleaned my engine areas and left it smelling like a new engine AND THE COST WAS QUITE REASONABLE.

Overall, what great experience! From the moment I called them to the in person consultation and the completion of the job, they were not only super professional but very kind-hearted people.
I brought in my 2010 White Prius for a front bumper, both side fenders, and headlight assembly replaced. They did the entire job in 3.5 days! They also cleaned my car inside out, I feel like i have a new car!
If you need some work on your car, do consider this place! They are just over aWeMaZiNG!

Been coming to Blue Star for years, and the quality of service just gets better and better every time. Front desk is always very kind and helpful, and the technicians are very knowledgeable. Working with Jorge, Ivan and Anita is always a breeze and I always know I'm leaving my cars in the best hands when bringing it to Blue Star and all of their locations for any issue, body or mechanical. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the service I received here! transparent and reasonable. They worked with me to find the best possible price for what I needed. George is wonderful mechanic and friendly. He didn’t mind me asking all the questions.
Anita in the front office went above and beyond in finding the parts for me. Also, office is very pleasant to wait in and watch Tv. Go here for sure!!

I am feeling SO relieved that I chose to work with Ivan, Jared and everyone at Blue Star!! The customer service, timeliness, price transparency, patience for me to get an additional quote, and quality of service is everything I could have hoped for in a body repair. And the detailing has me feeling like I’m driving a brand new car! I am so grateful for their help, will be telling all my friends, and going back there anytime I need some work. Thank you so much!

Had a great experience w these guys. Was about to sell my Prius and it got hit and run while parked. Blue Star dealt with insurance and had the car good as new - and detailed really nicely - and I only had to pay the deductible. Highly recommend.

My bmw got Keyed across both doors a week before the lease return. Blue star guys quoted me for repair 10min after a walk in and they understand time sensitivity due to lease end inspection so they expedite the repair and I got my car back in 2 days. Besides giving me the best quote for the repair, the quality of work was excellent and Senior personaly make sure it was done right! I hope I won't be needing their services anytime soon, but if I do, I will come back to them.

blue star is ELITE. story goes I got into a accident on my way home from work.(was not my fault) the other party agreed to pay out of pocket. I immediately went to blue star and was greeted by the best service representative CODY,she guided and assisted me with securing payout from the other party she also kept me in the loop with constant updates as repairs went along. the work was top teir and professional. I recommend highly if you're car is ever damaged especially if you have a foreign/luxury make sure you come to blue star don't even waste ya time anywhere else and if the spot you're thinking about doesn't have a Cody don't bother.
